Shipping: We expect to ship with in 1-2 business days of receiving an order. Prices are based on our flat rates. If you think our quoted shipping price is too high, please reach out to us so we can negotiate a lower rate.

Return Policy: We will accept any basket return within 10 days of receipt of item. Please be in contact with our office to let us know of any damages in advance of return.  If an item is damaged, we will send a return shipping label; if an item was not as expected, please go ahead and ship it back to us and we will issue a refund or replacement.

Product Descriptions: Medina attempts to be as accurate as possible, but please allow for variations in sizes or colors of baskets as all bags are handwoven. Medina does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Medina itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
